We are looking for experienced and committed childcare teachers in the Louisville/Lyndon area. There are immediate openings for full and part-time positions. We are looking for someone who loves children and that would love to work in a safe, educational environment. One that will plan and implement activities that promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. Responsible for the care, hygiene, learning and developmental activities, specialized programs, and redirection of children covering infant/toddler, and preschool age groups. Communicates with parents directly.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ to 2 years of experience
- Age Groups: Infant , Preschool , Toddler
- High school degree
- First Aid Training, CPR Training
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 yrs. old;
- Have a high school diploma/GED;
- Submit to background and child abuse neglect checks;
- Provide a negative TB test;
- Have dependable transportation;
- Be able to create/implement lesson plans;
- Work well with others;
- Communicate well with children/families;
- Have flexible hours
Employment Form
Pay rate will depend on experience, education, references and also a 90 day evaluation. We are not looking for childcare "hoppers". We want committed, dedicated and trustworthy employees. Compensation for tuition can be negotiated. Bonuses and benefits are offered to employees through our Employee Referral program which will be implemented once the referral is employed longer than 90 days(other terms do apply).
